She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Hall and Alice Rice Hall; and her brother Otis Hall. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Page and Freda Sergi (Sergio); her grandchildren, Savannah Hoyt (Stevie), Gabrielle Locey (Michael), Ellery Klein, Zachary Sergi (Jessica) and Danielle Sergi; and her great grandchild Carson Locey.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Hanover Animal Shelter, 12471 Taylor Complex Lane, Ashland, VA 23005 or the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place Ct, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
