She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Johnson; and her children, Theresa Foster and John Newcomb. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Johnson (Butch), Carolyn Linville (Donald), Kathy Sanders (Johnny) and David Newcomb (Patti); and her siblings, Bobby Greiner and Jean Shaffer. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
