She is survived by: her husband Joseph Alfred Lewis; her children, John A. Lewis of Wilmington, N. C., Connie L. Armstrong (Chip) and Jill L. Carroll (Luther); her grandchildren, Hunter Byers, Kay Bostian, James Armstrong, Nicole Pruden, Alex Carroll and Summer Polino; and her great grandchildren, Emma Harris, Hallie Pruden and Sophia Armstrong.
