She was predeceased by: her father Paul Winston, Sr.; her son Charles W. Winston; her grandsons, Corey Jones and Rakim Williams; her mother Reccilla Moore-Rainey; and her siblings, Baria Mahoney (Morris) and Paul Winston, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Williams (Gloria) and Kim Williams (Donna) of Richmond, VA; her sister Shenetta Dudley (Chris) of Fayetteville, NC; her stepbrother Jesse Moore; and her cousins, Berdell Walker and Quinton White (Roxie). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
