She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Clifton and Estelle Moody Boyd; her husband Roy Schellenger; her daughters, Bonnie Porter and Janice Alcoke; and her siblings, R. Clifton Boyd Jr., James A. Boyd and Edna Faris.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Davis of Richmond, Cindy Edwards (Forest) of Naples, Fla., Roy Schellenger Jr. of Richmond and Gib Schellenger (Mary Lou) of Richmond; and her son-in-law Jack Porter of Hideaway, Texas. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
