She is survived by: her husband Kenny; her daughter Sarah Dunbar Harper; her son-in-law Mike; her granddaughter Ashley Young; her grandson-in-law Richard; her great grandchild Margaret; her sister Linda Allen (Dave); and her son Joseph Randall Dunbar. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and lifelong friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Westhampton Memorial Garden (10000 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238).
