He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie Naccarato; his sons, Chase Kenneth and Max Conner Naccarato; his sisters, Michele M. Van Kirk (Dale) and Laurie A. Gazdik (Joseph); his nephews, Tyler Gazdik (Deanna), Derrek Gazdik, Marshall Gazdik, Jae Van Kirk and Michael Van Kirk (Zachary); his niece Nicole Fawcett (Erik); his great-nephews, Cayson, Logan Gazdik and Charles "Chaz" Van Kirk; his aunt Debbie Rouda; and his cousins, Keith Lewis and Aaron Rouda.
