With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kim Tran (Richmond, Virginia), who passed away on March 1, 2026 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Kim shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kim farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her mother Bảo Q. Trần; her siblings, Phú Trần, Hùng Trần (Melissa), BéBé Trần and Frances Gabriel (Jon); her niece Maia Gabriel; her nephew Jack Gabriel; and her pet Lily.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in Kim's honor to the Daughters of Immaculate Mary (DMI) Charity Foundation, P.O. Box 29152, Henrico, VA, 23242, which supports the Vietnamese Catholic nuns at the church where Kim volunteered.
