She is survived by: her husband George Woods Cook, Sr.; her sons, George Woods Cook, Jr., James Wilson Cook and Harrison Agee Cook; her mother Carol Bierman; and her sisters, Kim Newman (Toby) and Beth Burns (Dave). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
