He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Willie Moore and James Barnette. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Barnette; his daughters, Tina, Tracy and Taijah Barnette; his grandchildren, Robert III, Malik, Remy, Malachi, Tylan, David Jr., Italia, Taliyah and Trinity; his siblings, Joyce, Peggy, Kenneth and Ed; and his nieces, Monica and Kamesha. He is also survived by cousins, brothers-n-law, sisters-in-law.
