He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Susanne Arnold; his children, Amy McCann (Mike), Heather Peters (Mike) and Lance Arnold; his grandchildren, Sam, Max Peters, Claire and Kate McCann; and his sister Sally Draper. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
