With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lawrence R. Twining (Richmond, Virginia), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Twining, Sr. and Lucille Morneau Twining. He is survived by: his wife Susan Cramer Twining; his son Chad Twining (Morgan); his grandchild Ashe; his children, Abigail Twining (John David Shobe IV) and Mason Twining (Ally Sellers); and his siblings, Theresa Ciulla (Paul), Debra Ladner (Carl Allgeyer), William Twining Jr., Yvette Mercurio (Tom), James Twining (Jerica), Jeanine Sylvester (Scott), Danielle Grindle, Jacqueline Levesque (Chris) and Julie Fafel (David). He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart (823 Cathedral Pl, Richmond, VA 23220).
