She is survived by: her children, Dawn Wood, Michelle Murrow and Aubrey Murrow (Rita); her grandchildren, Brandon Doyle, Daquan Smith, Kahlil Murrow, Juwuan Smith, Kerrell Wood and Xavier Murrow; her great grandchildren, Sarai Doyle, Uri Doyle, Ava Smith and Lia Smith; her siblings, Gwendolyn Hite, Barbara Harris (Richard), Betty Harvell (Victor) and Eric Hayes (Darlene); her aunts, Alease Baskerville and Ruth Goode; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Buckingham and Melvin Buckingham. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home (2011 Grayland Ave, Richmond, VA 23220). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:45 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
