Smith (Lucille) and William J. Smith (Jo); his siblings, Charles Fordham and Patrica Fobbes; his grandchildren, James III, Anthony, Jermaine, Tequila (William), Dominique and Michelle; and his great grandchildren, Skye, Rayne and Averyana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
