She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Beatrice Jones and William Anthony Glenn, Sr.; her husband Oswell Cleother "Peter" Parker; and her siblings, William Anthony Glenn, Jr., Anita G. Ford and Loretta G. Charles (Robert).

She is survived by: her children, Mark Leon Parker (Cynthia), Lisa Gayle Parker-Porter (Glenn) and Charles Gary Parker (Marsha); her grandsons, Jervon Hinton, Glenn Eugene Porter Jr., Luke Proctor Porter, Adam DeWitt Porter and Mark Leon Parker, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Shamari and Shavon; her sisters, Patricia G. Quashie (Ronald) and Rheba G. Gwaltney; and her brother-in-law Robert Charles Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Second Baptist Church (3300 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23224).
