She is survived by: her children, Scott Paul and Alecia Scruggs (Allen); her pet Callie; her grandchildren, Mathew Slayton, Nathan Scruggs (Diamond) and Breanna Leipold (Shane); her great grandchildren, Harper Leipold, Hendrix Leipold, Layla Scruggs, Hazel Leipold and Natalie Scruggs; her siblings, Skip Stewart, Mike Stewart and Sharon Stewart; and her cousin Patsy Roller.
