She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Tomonia and Ollie Tomonia; her siblings, Julia Gray, Corine Tomonia and Robert Tomonia; and her pets, Knowledge and Jazzy.
She is survived by: her son Reginald Tomonia; her granddaughter Reign (Thomas Verner); her daughter Tocia Johnson; her grandchildren, Michael Jr. and Matieya; and her siblings, Betty Harris (Tomonia) and Allen Tomonia.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home (2011 Grayland Ave, Richmond, VA 23220). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Jenkins Funeral Home (2011 Grayland Ave, Richmond, VA 23220).
Linda retired from a distinguished career at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in 2008, where she made meaningful contributions to the field and left a lasting impact on her colleagues.
