She was predeceased by: her father Archie Watts; her husband Charlie Robinson; her children, Harvey Hurt, Joe Ann Tucker, Charles Tucker, Major Hurt and Larry Tucker; her granddaughters, Aniya Watkins and Lashawn Tucker; and her friend Robert Powell.
She is survived by: her children, William, Samuel Hurt of Washington, DC, Doris Watkins, Patricia Tucker of Richmond, VA and Anna M. Gilbert (Steven) of Magnolia, AR; and her siblings, Charlie Watts of Victoria, VA, Willie Watts, James Gayles, Mary Branch of Chase City, VA, Janis Smith (Leroy) and Janie Bacon (Lester) of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren.
