She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Ruiz and Rafaela Ruiz (Moreno); and her brothers, Robert and Valentine Jr. (Ada Mae Ruiz). She is survived by: her children, Robin Milagros Moore of Richmond, Virginia, Delores Miles of Brooklyn and Anthony Walter Moore (Susan) of Boston; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Ashley and Joshua; her great grandchildren, Khloe and London; and her siblings, Jose Ruiz (Beatrice) of Palm Bay and Gladys Warren of Palm Bay. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Lourdes volunteered with the American Cancer Society for many years.
