She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Fraser of Saussure Fraser and Maria Spady Fraser; and her husband William M. E. Rachal. She is survived by: her children, Ann Toll (Michael) and William M. E. Rachal, Jr. (Jane); and her grandchildren, William Toll (Emily Grace), Sarah Giger (Alex), Maria Rachal and William M. E. Rachall III.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
