She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Rabbi Jack Spiro; her sister Barbara Loevy (Meryl Klein); her children, Hillary Hawkins (James Hawkins), David Spiro (Annemarie Hensley) and Ellen Spiro (Sydney Mintz); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Jordan, Sophia, Jake, Maria and Arlo; her great grandchildren, Hadassah, Ilana and Phoebe; and her father William Loevy.
