He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Phillip; his grandparents, Blaine, Olievine Dancy and Mary Blevins; his pets, Gizmo and Culeo; and his close friends, Margaret Pappas and Bobby Hash.
He is survived by: his mother Judy Blevins; and his brothers, Phillip and Darren Blevins.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Laurel Spring Cemetery (653 Laurel Springs Rd, Marion, VA 24354).
He was joyful all the time, never met a stranger, was generous with love, time and donations to many causes.
