She is survived by: her husband Robert Charles Horn; her children, Christopher Charles Horn (Mimi), Andrew Francis Horn (Heather) and Kathleen Horn Guarnieri; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Horn, Colin Horn, Anna Horn, Christine Guarnieri and Vincent Guarnieri; and her siblings, Eileen Fitzpatrick Nack and Francis'Fitz'Fitzpatrick.
