It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Southgate Hearon (May) Dickson (Richmond, Virginia), born in Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Baylies Brewster. She is survived by: her husband Edgar F; her children, Charlotte Mason Dickson (Jack Macy) of Berkeley and Fanning Hearon Dickson (Pam) of Annapolis, MD; her granddaughters, Katherine Stuart Dickson (Jake Bowling), Mary Southgate Dickson (Peter Simms), Caroline Hearon Dickson, Eliza Hearon Macy and Lydia Joanna Macy; and her siblings, Sarah Bartlett Hearon of Santa Barbara and Fanning Miles Hearon, Jr..
