It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Ashley Horton (Richmond, Virginia), who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Ethel Horton and Melvin Y. Dye; and his father-in-law Billy R. Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Carrie R. Horton; his daughter Jessica R. Horton; his parents, James W. Horton, Jr. and Dianne D. Horton; and his siblings, Matthew A. Horton (Kelly) and Melissa H. Lehmann (Brian).
