He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Diane Birdsong (Steve); his grandchildren, Amber Nicole Birdsong (Allen) and Sean Edward Birdsong; his great grandchildren, Jackson Bryce Reamy and Levi Colton Reamy; and his siblings, Brenda Chewning, Aubrey "Bootsie" Friedhoff, Robin Friedhoff and Carroll "Rocky" Chewning, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
