He was predeceased by: his grandfather Michael Matzuk. He is survived by: his parents, Walter Ryan Matzuk and Kimberly Edds Matzuk; and his grandparents, Barry, Cathy Edds, Eddie, Claudia Duck and Deedi. He is also survived by many loving cousins, family, and friends.
