It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Margaret Hill of Richmond, Virginia, born in Parkville, Maryland, who passed away on August 6, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbur Wallace Hill; and her parents, Fredrick W. Wagner and Amelia C. Wagner. She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Diane Garner (Duane) and Katherine Louise Forstmann; her granddaughters, Jennifer G. Caffrey (Chris) and Kristine D. Althaus (Ron); and her boyfriend Sgt. Wilbur W. Hill. She is also survived by her three great-granddaughters and four great-grandsons.
