It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred O. Brown of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James O. Brown; her son James "Jim" O. Brown, Jr.; and her parents, Roxie Rowe and Otis Rowe. She is survived by: her sons, Aaron Wray Brown (Susan) and Lloyd Irwin Brown (Virginia); her grandchildren, Angela Mazurek, Lisa Brown, Lindsey Brown (Sam Henry) and Wendy Lewis (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Summer and Lillian.
