She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Sales and Lloyd Sales; her husband Dana Lawrence; her children, Stacy Kinton and Jay McDaniel; and her siblings, Juanita Miller and Raymond Sales.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Smith (Moe); and her sister Alma Jamerson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
