He is survived by: his wife Mildred Ann Stewart; his daughter Lisa Ann Lawhorn (Richard); his grandchildren, Braelyn Lawhorn and Brittney Lawhorn; his nieces, Joy Wemmer and Melanie Chamberlain; and his nephew Darryl Cohen.
