We are sad to announce that, on September 12, 2022, Oscar Wayne Cooke of Richmond, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cooke; his daughter Amanda Cooke; his granddaughter Chloe Cooke; and his children, Danielle Uribe and Matthew Cooke. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
