Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM and at 2:30 PM at the Parham Road Baptist Church (2101 N Parham Rd, Richmond, VA 23229).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Smart/Baughan Nursing Scholarship Fund (https://www.rappahannock.edu) at Rappahannock Community College in memory/honor of her special relationship with her caregiver.
