With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Percy E. Pickral of Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on December 30, 2020 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Percy E. Pickral to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Edna; his siblings, Bruce Pickeral and Catherine Simpson; and his son-in-law James Kegley Jr. Percy. He is survived by: his children, Amy Kegley and Brian; his daughter-in-law Cristen Pickral; his grandchildren, James, Joshua Kegley and Heather Pickral; his brothers, Ryland Pickeral (Patricia) and Ernie Simpson (Suki); and his sister-in-law Linda Pickeral. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Richmond Children's Hospital.
