He was predeceased by: his parents, Zoie Stratiou and Vlasis Stratiou; and his brother Themis V. Stratiou. He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Stratiou; his daughter Zoie Ragousis; his grandchildren, Kosta, Pete and Eleni; his children, John Stratiou (Lisa), Nik, Demi, Peter Stratiou, Alexis, Pete, Jaxon and Chris Stratiou; and his siblings, Stratos (Athanasia) and Soultana Menegatos. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
