He was predeceased by: his parents, Va Sem and Rorm Tho. He is survived by: his wife Voeuth Saing; his sons, Phea Ram, Pheath Ram, Pon Ram and John Rorm Tho; and his brothers, Loeuth Tho, Ly Tho and Long Tho.
