In loving memory of Philip Hogue (Richmond, Virginia), born in Hopewell, Virginia, who departed this world on October 27, 2025 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Hogue and Marilyn Hogue. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hogue; and his sister Susan Groff (Daryl).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bliley's-Chippenham (6900 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224).
