The celebration of Phil's life will take place at St. Paul's Episcopal Church on August 19, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. In recognition of Phil's unwavering commitment to bettering the lives of others, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity where Mary Kay served as the CEO prior to her retirement.
