She is survived by: her children, Bill Seay (Margaret), Wayne Seay (JoAnne), Kevin Seay (Jake) and Abigail BeLoat (Jeremiah); her grandchildren, Seth Seay (Molly), Jessica Seay, Justin Seay (Emily) and Megan Willis (Andrew); her children, James Seay, Jason Vicente, Wesley Seay, Jr., Courtney Manson (Dchaudre), Scott Seay, Tessa, Chase, Kayleigh and Adeline BeLoat; her great grandchildren, Theo, Daisy, Zeke Seay, Houston Mullinix, Titus Manson and Sully Seay; and her niece Stephanie Williams (Brooks). She is also survived by her family and friends.
