He is survived by: his children, Edward D. Crook and Tamiko Tunstall; his grandchildren, Edward (EJ), Jasmine, Jamia, Chantel, Benjamin and Jaden; and his siblings, David Cuthrell and Cathy Jordan. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
