Simms (John) of Delray Beach and Ashley Nicole Simmons of Northern Virginia; his grandchildren, Rachel Simmons, Jessica Simmons, Justin Simms and Brandon Simms; his sister Vivian Jackson of Jackson, Michigan; and his former wives, Yvonne H. Simmons of Mount Vernon and Iris Simmons of Virginia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
