He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Elsa Mae Williams-Belfield; and his siblings, Linda Burnette (Collin), Barbara Howlett (Alexander) and James Ernest Williams Jr. Additionally. He was also cherished by three aunts, one uncle, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church (216 W Leigh St, Richmond, VA 23220).
