We are sad to announce that, on March 21, 2024, at the age of 79, Roger Lee Tinsman of Richmond, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Tinsman; his parents, Della Teslovich and Leonard Tinsman; and his brother Lonnie Tinsman. He is survived by: his stepson Robert Floyd (Anita); his grandson Slade Floyd; and his siblings, Wayne Tinsman, Roxanne Henshaw (Roger), Michael Teslovich and Judy Foles.
