He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Perkins Sr. and Grace Perkins; and his brother William Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Perkins (Nancy Perkins) and Kathryn Perkins Rybolt (Ben Rybolt); and his grandchildren, Eli Perkins, Olive Rybolt, Silas Rybolt and Liam Perkins.
