Roger Neil Brookshire Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Neil Brookshire (Richmond, Virginia), who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Clark Brookshire and Jewel Anderson Brookshire; and his brother Ronald Brookshire. He is survived by: his daughters, Caroline Brookshire Watkins (Ray) of Castle Hayne, NC and Kendall Leigh Brookshire of Glen Allen, VA.; his grandchildren, Savannah and Layne Watkins; and his sisters, Gwen Humphries (Dean) of Concord, NC and Elaine Crisp (Steve) of Lenoir, NC.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, and an uncle.
In honor of Roger's deep affection for four-legged friends, memorial funds would be gratefully accepted by Richmond Animal Care and Control.
