He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Evelyn Spicer and Judson Harmon Clarke. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Clarke Shuler, Stuart Clarke, Lewis Clarke, Allan Clarke, Steve Spicer, Linda Clarke Bailey and Norris H. Spicer; and his niece Shelia Curtis.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bliley's (8510 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228).
