He is survived by: his wife Beath Barton Spencer; his children, Shelley Shaffer (Paul), Ronnie Lewis (Monica), Caroline Whiteside and Matthew Spencer (Jennifer); his nephew Danny McCollom (Ruth); his grandchildren, Kyle, Krista Corson, Andrew Goode, Lucas Spencer, Logan Whiteside, Avery Lewis and Spencer Norton; and his brothers, Jerry and Lerry Spencer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
