With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose Marie Oatman (Richmond, Virginia), who passed away on April 25, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin G. Brown and Anna M. Brown. She is survived by: her husband Eugene E. Oatman; her children, Mary Ford (David), Gene Oatman (Memori), Anne Dyson (Steve) and Joe Oatman (Sarah); and her siblings, Thomas F. Brown (late Marty), Michael E. Brown (Diane) and MaryAnne Bomberger (Kenneth). She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
