She is survived by: her sisters, Amanda Altice and Cora Roberson; and her children, Banford Sturgill Jr. (Amie), Holly Phillips (Randy), Rachel Sturgill, William Pearl and Jessie Dobbins (Dillion). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Maury Cemetery (2700 Maury St, Richmond, VA 23224).
