Baxter of Baltimore; and his brothers, Donald L. M. Baxter (Sandra P. Baxter) of Storrs, Conn., Paul S. Baxter (Ann Marie S.) and Healey of Somerville, Mass.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many beloved family members.
